Senem Y─▒ld─▒r─▒m is a Research Fellow at Bilkent University Ihsan Do─čramac─▒ International Advanced Studies Centre. She received her doctorate in Political Science in 2011 from Bilkent University, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in International Relations. She was previously a Fulbright visiting researcher in Keyman Modern Turkish studies Program at Northwestern University. Her research mainly focuses on the public-private divide in contemporary political theory, the gendered nature of this dichotomy, and the concepts of social, political, and civil society.
